Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7 day Return for Refund Policy. 

  • The 7 day Return Period starts from the day you receive your order from us.
  • Any orders received back out of this time frame, will be returned once customer has paid for the return postage (we will notify you by email).

  • Returns will only be accepted for refund providing the items are in original condition, with tags attached, with no perfume, deodorant, or make up stains,  or any signs of being washed. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse to not refund should your return does not comply with the terms of our Returns Policy.

  • Once we receive your return we will process your refund to your original payment method.  Please allow up to 21 working days. We, unfortunately, don't send confirmation emails when we receive returns.

  • Please post back to our address on your order form using a trackable method (so you can track your parcel) and include your order form. 

  • Please note the cost of the return is covered by the customer.
  • Your Return is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept Returns on:
  • Swimwear
  • Jewellery
  • Sale items or any items reduced in price
  • Pre - Order Items

  • Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer exchanges.
