Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 14 day Return for Refund Policy.
- The 14 day Return Period starts from the day you receive your order from us.
- Any orders received back out of this time frame,
- will be returned once customer has paid for the return postage.
- Returns will only be accepted for refund providing the items are in original condition,
- with tags attached, with no perfume, deodorant, or make up stains,
- or any signs of being washed.
- We reserve the right to refuse to not refund should your return does not comply
- with the terms of our Returns Policy.
- Once we receive your return we will process your refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 21 working days.
- We, unfortunately, don't send confirmation emails when we receive returns.
- Please post back to our address with your order form using a trackable method
- (so you can track your parcel) and include your order form.
- Please note the cost of the return is covered by the customer.
- Your Return is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept Returns on:
- Swimwear
- Jewellery
- Sale items or any items reduced in price - A sticker stating this will be on your invoice
- Discounted Items using a Discount Code
- Pre - Order Items
- Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer exchanges.
